How to get a bigger chest

So you're wanting to put some size on the chest. Getting an Oak Chest like Arnold takes some dedication and heavy weight. A proper mass building chest workout should consist of the following formula:

  • Lift heavier weight for 6-8 or 8-10 reps
  • Increase weight week after week
  • 1-2 grams protein per pound of body weight
  • 2-4 grams carbs per pound of body weight
  • Drink 8 ounces of water per 20lbs of body weight
  • Stretch after your workout - not before (to avoid injury)
  • Train with higher intensity and proper form
